Arch, K18LLR - Will send yours out on Monday, couldnt make it to the post office today, sorry.

The Hoff 10 December 2007 12:01 PM

Just checked and the recorded post will only cover up to £34. With the value of the regs being three times that I have decided to send them via special delivery which is covered up to £500.

Its gonna cost me £4.75 each instead of the original £3. For those who havent sent the cheque yet please add £1.75 to the cost. For those who have already sent payment I would appreciate if you could make up the payment either via an extra paypal payment or just send me 4 first class stamps (the 5th will be on the envelope).

Cheers, Hoff

Aye its a good effort, replied second paid as quick as I could and still told very impolitely that I could have black or piss off and you made it sound as if it was my fault that you could not be bothered to ask people what colour they wanted before you ordered. Now you have two red regulators with no payment

sparks sti 14 December 2007 09:24 PM

That's not impolite and I didnt tell you to pi$$ off, the other colours had been taken. SORRY!

If you didnt like the colour then you shouldnt have bought it, simple as that. How about you organise your own group buy and you can have what ever colour you want!

The Hoff 17 December 2007 08:49 AM

Thanks to the missing two for the payments.

Arch + K18LLR - you still have the extra postage payment of £1.75 to send. Please can you make sure you do this as I paid this in good faith for you.

Well surprise surprise I have still not had the remining payments from ARCH and K18LLR.

Its only £1.75!! Come on, its not going to break your bank!!

I sort you out with a mega cheap deal for some regulators and you just take advantage. Oh well there is always some that spoil it for the rest, I am not going to loose sleep over £3.50 loss - just makes you two look like inconsiderate thieving gits

For any other Scoobynetters out there the may consider dealings with either of the above two any time in the future - be warned and dont try doing them any favours.

Right for a start I am not "an inconsiderate thieving git" and resent your comments. Lets look at the facts. On the 6th Dec you decided the cost was

"The boxes weigh just under 500g. With a bit more bubble wrap to protect them, the label and the tape I think its gonna push it over the 500g so its £3.08 for recorded 1st class, call it £3.

Unless you are collecting its £104.50 to be paid.

Paypal payments must add 4% and MUST be a confirmed address! - £108.68. Otherwise is Cheque or bank transfer - PM me with your desired method and I will reply with my details."

I then duly paid that amount to you.

Then on the 10th some 4 days later you then decided
"Just checked and the recorded post will only cover up to £34. With the value of the regs being three times that I have decided to send them via special delivery which is covered up to £500.

This again shows your inability to organise correctly as you should have first checked the insurance values for various postal methods before setting a price. For your info I still am unhappy with the way you conducted this group buy. You placed an order for items without first asking those involved what colour they wanted something you should definately have done first. Then you tell me you can have black or nothing. Some of us have to work and don't have time to spend all day on scoobynet waiting for you to start a colour choice race. And just for your info the only reason you ran this group buy was to also get yourself a cheap regulator. Yes you probably have put a bit of time and effort into this but that was your choice and at the end of the day had the rest of us not also got involved you would not have got your "cheap regulator" as you put it. So don't start making out you did all this for our benefit the group buy was for mutual benefit and it was your choice. As it happens I had forgotten about the additional cost for which I apologise. I have dealt with many fellow scoobynetters and have never had any issues. I will send the additional payment to you once you make a full apology for your outburst. If you chose not to that is your issue. I for one will never be involved in anything you have your finger prints on again. Have you heard of the PM system, no didnt think so your idea is to try and make yourself look big in front of an audience. I will happily PM you a telephone number so you can phone me in person to discuss this but I doubt that is your style. I await your apology!
