Errr aren't the WRC engines only designed to last a few rallies and the other parts like clutches and gear boxes even less?

Start putting these parts in a road car and it will go bang pretty quickly I would think...

Has it got an additional circuit board added or something? How much??

Nope, standard ecu!:) If you have a uk car then there is a small ecu modification required to make the anti lag switchable, but thats it!

If you want Anti Lag the GRD project Car has Anti Lag installed on the standard Newage ECU. But the MPg is a bit poor!

Cruising mpg is pretty good, managed around 300miles to 1 tank on a longish journey recently! however with the anti lag switched on it does drink fuel pretty well, but the noise alone is worth every penny;)

I don't think the limit is 300bhp. Some have up to 330 bhp accoring to the Wales Rally GB rally planner. The limiting factor is the design and sizing of the engine and exhaust components is it not?

Your right its not, its ultimatly down to how much Air/Fuel you can get in and at which point you decide to ignite it!
