Well i thought we could meet at tescos and go with the boys and they could drop us off or we could still meet at tescos and then the girls and kids could go off and meet them later i have a car and can fit in 1 more.

sorry for being a bit lax in being on here - busy with da pub, etc


have reserved the back section of the pub for your use so should be enuff room


the afternoon/evening starts with a group of weirdly dressed men with bells attached about 1.00pm then various other events (pipers, etc) then a blues brothers tribute band and lights on later



there will be karaoke in the pub from about 8.30 onwards


oh by the way on friday nite i have double top playing - which any of you in the know will be aware how funny these 2 are

Am still up for this might have to take my car as Tiny will wont to go staight to the sea front. so if we can meet at Tescos and go from there hope someone knows where it is a I havent got a clue

think i saw signs yesterday in rochford to say they are turning on the christmas lights in the square tomorrow night so some of the roads are being shut..............???????

Yes i think so but not deff sure. think the boys will wint to go the the front first, but think it is going to rain tomorrow night so they wont want to stay out in the rain to long i hope. will ask Tiny tonightb about it and see if we can go to the pub after the front

Maybe not be able to do this now as got loads to do and going to Rochester to morrow with a few of you and need to get bits done here, xmas dec, housework, shopping and ironing. thought I'd give Tiny a braek from all this for 1 week lol.:D

Well you all missed a great time, the blues brothers were on stage from 7.00 until 9.15 with a brilliant set. Snow machines blowing snow through the square, and of course the best pub in the town was prime position to see all.


oh and although I was too busy to go to the seafront my scoob was up here and running as loudly as ever (with the new 6 paddle clutch and light flywheel)


The upshot is that I have won a lot more customers, as more and more people have learnt how much this pub has changed from the "flying bottle" that was here.
