I wonder if i get them to fax the quote for £450, would they be obliged to honour it???

That M5 has 91k on the clock. Will that not only give you a warrenty for 9K or do they only not renew after 100k? Some of the guys on M5board were looking at third party warrenty's but dont know the outcome.

Get it in writing with all clauses - limited milage, service schedule etc. :)

They only not renew after that period.

So, I'm not going to do 9k between now and Jan, so I can have a fully warranted M5 from now til Jan 2008 for £1800 (+ the cost of the car, naturally :))

What'll you get for an unwarranted/able 100k miles M5 at the end of it? Dunno really, sounds like an odd way to cut costs, if that's still a factor.

I like the old M5 very much, but high miles and high original ticket price usually means high repair bills too.

GTA's a lot more unusual/different.:thumb:
