if you have a wagon or not..no matter, that looks very much like a resonator box to me...only way you are going to know for sure is to get underneath and remove the two connecting bolts to lower the center section from the downipe...look inside and if its a honeycomb matrix inside then its a cat,if there is just a baffled tube and therefore straight through,its a resonator box
