Come on we all know Danny is the biting type!!! Would let any of your female friends or family near him???? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif

Fosters 08 January 2001 04:40 PM

so it's possible my scoob will be the quietest then! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif

Seriously Andy - quite right on the wrc prodrive wing, you don't see many at all!

are there going to be many kids there?

Andy Tang 08 January 2001 04:50 PM

I think the Chuckster manages to fit the kids in his 22B! Not sure if they're coming on Sunday, but he was at the last one with them!

Andy Tang 08 January 2001 05:05 PM

Looks like Chuck WON'T be coming along, with or without kids!!

Danny Fisher 08 January 2001 05:08 PM

Will they have the big puddles again? I need to wash the car again.

Dan

DrEvil 08 January 2001 05:11 PM

Dunno about any kids coming, apart from the big kids with their big kid toys http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

But the pub does cater for kids and old people, so Danny F is covered both on the pulling front and his peer group http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif I'll leave you to decide which is which... http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

And yes, likely to have a few puddles, like the one on the perbrite (SP!) bends we encountered last time... http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

l8r, Alex

Chizz 08 January 2001 07:35 PM

so how many are we expecting??????????

RonaldoH 09 January 2001 01:36 AM

Chizz, there will be shed loads.....there always is.

My thanks go to Steve Lawson for fixing my scoob today. Funny actually as apon my arrival at Steves place I see a dark haired chap wearing a cap turning my scoob around. I dash from Dr Evils P1 to see if its Steve and its not....its some dodgy looking bloke who I confront. "Allo mate" I say in deep Dave Courtney accent, "you know Steve do ya?.."Er yeah" in a hesitant voice the chap replies (could be the big hooded ganster jumper i have on or the fact that Alex is sat behind me in his beast with tinted glass looking menacing and very Bronx like)...This aids my concerns cause clearly this is a chap steve knows, however this bloke must think we are going to "do him" so I introduce myself as the owner (lol) and he relaxes http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif Steve rushes to the door and says "Christ, I heard you arrive and was concerned that Ronnie and Alex were not giving you a good pasting for driving off in his scoob!" http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif Would we ever?! Er well yeah, maybe but he was lucky http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif and thankfully it was one of Steves mates who helped him get my car right...

Mysterious problem resolved and thanks to Steve and Alex (for the lift...you da man Dr Evil) its back and hunting down old aged pensioners in their Montego 2.0litres from the lights http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Thanks guys, people like you should be cloned so there are more of ya! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Nice one

Happy as larry
RonnieH

Andy Tang 09 January 2001 10:33 AM

DrEvil 09 January 2001 11:13 AM

Steve Lawson - I'll chat to you Sunday about the downpipe stuff and HKS upgrade I'm looking at http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

See ya Sunday. Alex

MIP 10 January 2001 04:13 PM

Folks,

Just a question, is this typically a driver only thing or do you bring your other 1/2s with you ?

Just wondering if I should bring mine along or will she get bored in 30 seconds flat (she is a bit of a petrol head, but not as much as the folks on here)

cheers

MIP

DrEvil 10 January 2001 04:27 PM

MIP,

the idea is it is a meeting for all concerned, driver, other half, and kids, the pub in question is friendly to all...

I'm bring my other 1/2 along, and so is Ronnie I believe.. Chuckster brought his wife and kids last time..

Its a really pleasant pub by a lake, that serves good food and drink. Reason for the noon start is make sure we all get somewhere to sit, there was no problem last time and there was more than 30 people.

Feel free to bring other 1/2s, mates, kids etc.. but not pets such as dogs, they arent allowed in.. (Danny F - please resist from commenting http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif ).

Those that are interested usually pop out after lunch and take a look at the cars, those that arent stay in the pub chatting. And also a little drive should be set up for after lunch too for those that want to, then back to the pub for a coke before heading home.

Hope to see you there, Alex

IntegraR 10 January 2001 05:06 PM

May I be so bold as to ask whether someone driving an Integra is welcome?
I wouldnt be able to confirm attendance at this point, but Id be keen to come along in a purely car enthusiasts capacity, and take a look at the Scoobie's you all have.

Andy Tang 10 January 2001 05:07 PM

I'm bringing along my other half, so is Nito. I'm also dragging some mates along, one of them even owns a scoob!! Look out it's standard!!! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

Andy

Danny Fisher 10 January 2001 05:14 PM

I coming on my own, as NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!

Dan

DrEvil 10 January 2001 05:20 PM

IntegraR - of course others types of car are welcome.. its a performance car owners meet more than anything else http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Danny F - LOL http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif I didnt know you had a misses http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/rolleyes.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

Dan

NITO 10 January 2001 05:31 PM

NITO 10 January 2001 07:30 PM

Alex, you've got mail!

I'll bring a few bits and pieces along so if anyone is interested in the gearlever surrounds for pre98 or post98 models then be sure to bring £89.99 and if you want gearknobs £44.99, you can see what they look like at

sunilp 10 January 2001 08:34 PM

Be careful with Nito, he has been known to have more than one "other half" http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/tongue.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

DanTheMan 10 January 2001 08:59 PM

Well I'd better turn up and I'll bring my mate with his Skyline too....

Alex I'd be interested in checking out your tinted windows, I'm thinking of turning mine into a pimpmobile too !!

Dan

PS does anyone want a decat centre pipe as I can bring my spare one... £50 ONO ???

NITO 11 January 2001 12:19 AM

That would be my car then Sunil http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif
p.s. If my g/f reads this she'll get the wrong idea and I'll make sure you join me in a shallow grave http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif
(well not in the same grave, but a similar one nonetheless) http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

integra...we'll be travelling up the M20/M26 so if you want to join up then drop me a mail...will probably have the other integra with us, if you want to mail him direct, I've told him to sign up to scoobynet but he still hasn't then mail him at R1NTR@purehonda.com

He's a bit of a practical joker so anyone else who wants to mail him with "sign up to scoobynet you muppet!" you're welcome!! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

Nito

edited due to wrong mail address!
