Well, yes, I have noticed that they don't like other BBS's to be slagged off - one of the 'standards' I guess?

If an RTM (not the other :p ) is seen to be against guidelines then action may/may not be taken. OTOH if a thread is not RTM'd, it may just be "noticed" and dealt with accordingly.
