Don't imagine Dastek will want people in and out any slower to be honest. More cars, less time, more money etc.

Brian ;)

how long would it take to go to edinburgh from dastek

wrxmania 08 July 2004 11:18 PM

Don't knwo the exact location of Dastek but I reckon a good bit less than an hour.

Brian.

callum Sti02 09 July 2004 08:43 AM

Please cash my cheque as arranged. If my plans go pear shaped I would prefer that Dastek still get their money from you on the day.

kart_man 09 July 2004 09:50 AM

Dalgety bay to Edinburgh's about 30-40 mins I'd guess, traffic dependant.

Thomohawk 09 July 2004 10:02 AM

30-40 mins.... Phah!! :cuckoo: ;)

Aren't the road works finished on the bridge for the time-being? Also you car will be nicely warmed up!! ;)

Obviously depends where in Edinburgh m8 but reckon you could do the city centre in a liitle over 20!

:D :D :D :D

Johnny50 09 July 2004 10:17 AM

Thomo...you have to remember that Dave (Kart_man) drives an old Nissan ! ;)

Takes a while to get anywhere. :D

Thomohawk 09 July 2004 10:20 AM

My neighbours don't see it that way... but I look at it as a contribution to stablising house prices :)

Cheeky cnut !! Probably taking the P1 to this one anyway as I got the GTR done at the last Star day.

Coming back to the time question  - As you said, depends where in Edinburgh you're talking about. If it's city centre, it can be 15-20 mins to get from there to Cramond Brig  Then another 20 to DB.

:)

Bats-Wrx 14 July 2004 05:38 PM

Stiks not a problem just add him to the list.

Checking the AA route planner.... that says it's a journey of just under 17 miles and should take 27mins.

Would say that's probably about right, but getting parked in/near Gorgie could be a nightmare m8... would leave yourself another 15mins for that like!

FWIW, (I'm assuming your a Dons fan...?) the Jambos will huv yae anyway so I wouldnae waste your time bud! ;)

Cheers.
