hehe ok i gota put it all back together tomorow ...not looking forward to the snapped downpipe stud on turbo...then ill give it ago although tbh i think its 4000rpm like the rest but ill double check:D...thanks all for the replys so far you have helped rule out most of the probable causes.:D

Have you checked that the dump valve is not passing , if it is passing it would take longer to get to your target pressure ?
