Agreed. Just be careful during the those 3-5 days.

Dunno what the gripe is with Natwest. Been with them 9 years and never even had a problem with anything. And their online banking seems a lot more straightforward compared to others like HSBC.
I could go on at great length about how bad NatWest are, but suffice to say several members of my family, numerous friends, work colleagues and acquaintances have all experienced the horror that is NatWest. All of the people I know that are happy with NatWest, have never banked anywhere else and are also very well off - ie it's in NatWests interests to suck up to them.

Quicken and MS Money are very similar products that you can use to keep track of all your money. You enter all the details of you financial commitments e.g. bank accounts, mortgages, loans, stocks, bonds, petty cash etc. They also allows you to categorise all your payments to whatever level of detail you want, you may want to track what you spend on clothes or go to more detail and track how much you spend at Next/Top Man/M&S etc. You can input things like direct debits and standing orders or set it to remind you when a bill is due. Pretty much everything you can imagine really. I use Quicken and its particularly good for me as I have bank accounts in Germany and UK and it will automatically download the exchange rates and give me the equivalent Sterling values for my Euro account.
