Saw a RS200 kitjob last month, not sure what chassis was used but looked very convincing. (sounded good too?)

i was walking into the local asda the other day & saw a yellow fake, as i was talking as walked past I said "not bad, shame its not a real one!!" just as the owner was getting in.

I accidently said it a bit too loud, just to make sure he heard... hehehehe

There is a red fake one around cheadle/werrington, i see it quite often, then point at him, then laugh ! :D

Badging & kitting MR2s as ferraris is very sad. People who do it must be pretentious snobs :rolleyes:

Yep that's defo the geezer I raced (B4HDY), must have looked pretty funny for anyone watching ;)

These kits are truly ****e and anyone driving them must hang their head in shame at owning such a poor imitation of a great design -it does it no justice at all. What i cant understand is that the MR2 actually looks nice as it is -surely if you were going to spend 15k on it you would tune the engine/ suspension/ sound instead?
