Full Niceage mate Looks like a D R Motorsport lip ?
|
looks the dogs danglies mate:D
|
Very nice .... :)
|
RB5 - That could be it's proper origin, described as a 1 piece splitter from revolution. Had to go for that one as it suits the lines of the car.
Just needs bigger wheels now scoobynetters, any suggestions?? simb |
does the bonnet scoop from scoobymania need to be fit professionally by a bodyshop or do you take the bonnet vent out and then just clip her in from the inside?
might invest 93 notes since it looks pukka |
Stishrek - the scoop uses the same bolts as the origanal vent so its just a quick swop over....(5 bolts). Job done.
What model are you driving? simb |
version 5 type r
so all i need to do is to spray it and i can do the rest myself? |
Very nice looking motor......
Simon |
Yep thats it, its good quality and weighs a ton, made of aluminium (spelling?) you see.
Any complaints about your R yet? simb |
Silver Scooby Sport - Do you live in the caldicot area?
simb |
Very
If I am not mistake the front lip is a replica STI 5/6 that was fitted to some models (also as an option) |
Sammyh, I think I know the one your on about, if so it is simular but slightly smaller.
Cheers for all your comments so far people. simb |
Yes i do matey.... was that you i passed in Chepstow the other day by chance ? Got a funny feeling that i reconise the motorway bridge in your pic...... may be well offcourse mind ?

Is that a roof scoop on your car? did you fit that? I have found a cosmetic scoop for 80 pounds painted and lacquered from MRO styling (as advertsied on the scoobynet homepage?) is this the same one? cheers |
Silver Sport Scooby - about time the penny has dropped!!!:D
May see you at a meet sometime or at work when i'm after your money again:D simb |
Stishrek - the roof vent is standard on all the Type R 'V' Ltd's.
simb |
Thats it always after more money

Afternoon kip....as if:D
Only time it really ever goes to work is on a saturday, carparks empty and less chance for some twosser to put a dent in the door, this I might add has happened twice now. No doubt will see you soon though. simb |
Scoobygav555 - Don't quote me on this, pretty sure they are 'S' and 'T'.
simb |
Hi mate SNAP :D got one myself 5 weeks ago but yours looks better thanks to those wheels! Lovely one keep it a minter and enjoy.
Does yours go sideways on roundabouts? much different to my old WRX needs more respect  Cheers Col |
Yep can be a bit tail happy at times, all part of the fun though:D
As for the wheels, i've never been too keen on them, but alot of people have paid them compliments. Would love to get a set of the Prodrive OZ's, but at £1600 it would take alot to convince the missus. May have to start another Type R thread as there seams to be alot more about now. simb |
Bttt for Dusti

Looking sweet Simb, I'll look out for you @ USC.
