For what it's worth I thought it was a vast improvement over the old format.
Clarkson was predictably acerbic but funny with it.
The other chap what a bit green behind the ears but he looked like he'd improve with experience.
If I've got nothing exciting to do next Sunday I'll flick it on again.

bit of a swiz if you ask me, i did'nt realise that the extra time was to filled with papp it seems, even though i only saw prob twenty mins of it, it was enough to secure the belief that with a studio audience, they are appealing for a gagg dropping, can laughter type of humour that i see as inappropriate.
tiff needell to do whole show alone- maybe headhunt jason plato from driven for good measure and concentrate on informative dialogue.

Agree with Regacy... I want to see the Focus RS and JK do his lap.

Were the audience stolen from the caravan convention?

lol at johnny!
yeah, where do they get these unfortunate people. always taken a dislike to clarkson too - liked it when it was during the week also.

Fresh ideas, Clarkson as good as ever, great Zonda/Lambo test. Not sure about the other 2 gadgies, Mazda saloon test (who cares?).

I like it.

It was arse!

The old show used to compare cars we could afford!

This show had no content at all!

And I thought driven was sh!te!

Somebody can afford a Zonda or Lambo, I relish watching stuff like that, reality dictates that I have bought a Sharan Diesel, the thought of watching somebody flogging one around a track does not appeal as it wont light the tyres up in third !

Give it a chance, at least its fresh and there is nothing about F**king traction engines or the London to Brighton run (yet), remember the old days with Tony Mason and William Wollard, makes me shiver to think of it

Jezza is back - and it is good :)

Excellent programme, a cross between the old top gear and his chat show.
Finally something decent to watch on a Sunday evening.
