3 years ago sold 3 bedroomed detatched bunaglow for £75k bought a large 4 bedroom house big gardens spent £50k on it now worth £260k in nice old cumbria. i have just put in an offer for a 3 bedroom semi for £45k with the intention of renting out at £90 per week. average wages are (LAUGH) £12-£15k around here but i would have too spend £800-£950k to get a similar size house down sarf.
