This is a subject of much interest to me, and it strikes me as odd that you are trying to insult me, for reasons I don't comprehend. Take a look at French history.
Now your average frenchman is VERY patriotic...hence the reason why their history now states that it was the French who liberated Paris and defeated the Germans in France...with a little help from their friends the Americans. So if you tell them any "facts", you're not a patriot. And don't even get me started on how many of 'em were supposedly in the resistance..... |

Yes comparing how Hitler used the Olympics to distract from his politics to how Putin will use the World Cup in the same way. That is not saying Putin is the same as Hitler in any other respect. The comparison is spot on.
