He'll soon learn to stop chasing everything though.

Autotweek 22 March 2016 11:33 PM

Its good in one respect as wears down defenders, doesn't give them a chance to hold the ball, but going to knacker himself out fast, Rooney has a good level he chases some balls. Of course hes lacking general pace, think when he comes back he will go into Mata's roll as cam.

Funkii Munkii 11 April 2016 01:13 PM

One shot on target again

Is this really acceptable ?

Smalling, not all that imo and I don't get the clamor for him this season, in my eye's he has been at fault for a fair few of our goals and he continues to wrestle at pretty much every free kick and corner.

elgassi 11 April 2016 01:27 PM

Blind looked as though he was treading water trying to get back to cover - send him back to where he came from, he's just not good enough
I do like the younger players coming through, we were never going to beat Spurs yesterday, they're playing well this season and we are not

jaygsi 12 April 2016 10:55 AM

I was expecting a draw, not a thrashing, and i think Fosu-Mensah looked really good, he seemed to be keeping United in the game, then Darmian come on and it fell apart, i couldn't watch after second goal, United were falling apart.

This guy could be the answer. http://www.theweek.co.uk/man-utd-tra...an-ibrahimovic

So what's the thinking for tonight's FA cup replay.
I can't see us winning

elgassi 13 April 2016 04:34 PM

believe

we will win this game

We are Man United

elgassi 13 April 2016 08:27 PM

66 mins 2 - 0 get in there, nothing silly now

elgassi 13 April 2016 08:56 PM

phew, good win, M Rashford, good lad
DDG great saves

Funkii Munkii 13 April 2016 09:13 PM

Great goal from Rasher

elgassi 13 April 2016 09:15 PM

we need to win this FA Cup big time this year
bring on the young boys, the class of 16

Funkii Munkii 13 April 2016 09:49 PM

Most of them aren't much older than 16 lol :D

Good performance last night. Mature display as well to ride out the first 10-15 mins when West ham flew out the blocks and go from there. Best I've seen Martial in a while. So good when he runs with the ball. And Rashford's goal... Speaks for itself!
Probably would've been in trouble again though, without big Dave between the sticks.

urban 14 April 2016 08:16 AM

Yes, good performance.
But WTF in comparison to the first match. We played so much better.

Funkii Munkii 14 April 2016 12:39 PM

I think Fosu-Mensah is worth a mention, as much as Rashford has grabbed the headlines Fosu-Mensah has been brilliant, had Delli Ali in his pocket Sunday and destroyed the Hammers last night he gave no one anytime on the ball and invariably won the ball every time, the boy is a beast.

jamesm2603 14 April 2016 12:48 PM

Yes, I forgot about fosu-mensah. I've thought for a while, for all the young players being given a chance this year, he is one of the best in the academy currently. Glad he's finally getting his chance. Hopefully his ability to play a number of positions doesn't stop him excelling in one.

urban 14 April 2016 11:14 PM

I just want some effing consistency

jaygsi 15 April 2016 12:10 AM

Fosu-Mensah made a massive difference in the Tottenham game, as soon as he went of started conceding goals, Rashford was good aswell, 2 from the under 21's doing well.

elgassi 15 April 2016 08:07 AM

what's happened to depay, he's just not at the races (or maybe that is where he is)
so much early promise then nothing, lingard is starting to get stronger and his work rate and confidence is increasing
We need this FA Cup trophy real bad this year, give the young players a real boost
C'mon Rooney, try and get back into the first team, play your heart out and help lift the FA Cup :luxhello:

Funkii Munkii 15 April 2016 11:02 AM

There are striking similarities between this seasons FA Cup and 1990, United and Palace to contest the final anyone ;)

jaygsi 15 April 2016 11:38 AM

I'm sure i hard the commenter said that westham were the first Premiership team they have faced so far? On the negative i thought Herrera wasn't very good. So much so he got carried off. lol

Lets get past Everton first :lol1:

sprigeteer 16 April 2016 12:42 PM

Is today's match (Villa) on TV anywhere??

P1Fanatic 21 April 2016 11:27 AM

Another 3 points last night after City dropped points. Also nice to see that after all the praise given to spurs young players that we beat their U21's to take the league title for the 3rd time in the 4 yrs its been running.

elgassi 21 April 2016 01:15 PM

love to see us go to the end of the season winning all our remaining games and of course lifting the FA Cup - and why not, c'mon

elgassi 23 April 2016 05:13 PM

games ready to start, C'mon make it a good Saturday night victory

elgassi 23 April 2016 07:05 PM

Yes, Yes, Yes
1st half a dream, 2nd half a nightmare, who cares we're in the Final

elgassi 25 April 2016 02:39 PM

United vs Palace, could we have asked for a better chance of lifting this cup
but, we'll have to play like we did in the 1st half against Everton....and score 2 or 3 goals

jaygsi 07 May 2016 11:18 AM

Will look forward to that match, Untied need to win something.
