Looking good Merv, I haven't seen many newage steering wheels fitted in a classic, is it a straightforward job as long as you have the clock spring?

The airbag isn't connected as I still need to find the correct clock spring! I just need the connector with the two wires cut off as the rest is straight forward! :)

I like that Merv, looks great and I bet it feels good to.
You need gloves to maintain that long term :D

mervil 05 August 2012 09:17 PM

I'll let you have a stroke at the next meet Si :D

See how it goes without gloves for the minute, it feels great tho ;)

Vertical for me Si, I like to see where I'm going and also my back can't handle it anymore :) safe as f**k!!! :D

Silver Scooby Sport 05 August 2012 10:50 PM

I struggle with the horizontal driving position, not that I've tried it myself :lol1: I find it the most bizarre sight to see not a sole in the front window when the car drives past from the side view and all you see is a head in the rear window :freak3:
