STAGE 1 REMAP 275hp 333lbs torque, stock they are 211hp/258lbs (dyno print out added below)

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY-My motto is to be upfront and honest about car as I believe I don't like to hide anything from potential buyer and waste yours and my time with a un-honest add.

Here I have my Audi avant for sale, it's the rare 2.0TFSI longitude engine CDNC Quattro sline model fully loaded with all options (see below spec)
The colour is Monza silver but looks a bit like a grey.
I've owned it for 4 years now without fault.
The car is absolutely faultless in every way, bodywork is great , everything works as it should and there are no faults.
I'm a car enthusiast so my cars are kept up to high standard both physically and mechanically (this is my daily/family car still in use).

Currently at 103k miles (New engine at 74300miles) A whole NEW engine was replaced by Audi at 74k miles (can confirm & proof) as these engines suffered oil consumption issues due to a design fault in pistons from 2008-2012 and was rectified by Audi Huddersfield free of charge due to my car knowledge and persuasion on the issue (£10k plus worth of work inc labour etc). Only done 30k miles since fitting so sweet as a nut. (Google issue is quite common).
The car drove well before but just used too much oil, since the brand new ones been fitted it doesn't use a drop and still drives fantastic. Yes the chassis has done 100+k but it still feels all spot on. (So be careful buying these cars from others without telling you this).
The car has full Audi service history, fully stamped and last service at 94k with 2 keys, I'm also the 2nd owner.
I've also had the car remapped once I ran new engine in by rick at unicorn developments in Stockport as he knows these engines very well. It was a custom map that was done and NOT a generic off the shelf upload like revo dealers etc (I don't agree with generic maps as every car is different from things like wear and tear and some engines not as smooth as others, so custom was the only map I would choose).
It's mapped to run 99ron vpower fuel, but if you choose to run normal fuel then the ecu will compensate for fuel used and automatically adjust to suit, and visa versa.
The remap has made no difference to fuel economy as with more power the engine doesn't need to work as hard for longer to get up to speed etc, so if anything would be better if you drive steady, but I haven't really bothered about fuel consumption, you don't buy a petrol turbo vehicle to worry about mpg imo.
Drives absolutely fantastic with the Quattro system on these later b8's and handles very well for a estate car.

Exterior:
19" optional upgraded alloys with 255/35/19 Dunlop sport maxx gt all round (only bad point is there's a few kerb rashes on edges due to wife and most was there from previous owner, haven't had time to refurb and tbf hasn't overly bothered me too much).[can get them refurbed at £250 for potential buyer or buyer can sort if chosen at later date]
Black edition model which includes, grille, roof bars, window trims.
LED front and rear lights with DRL.
Headlight washers
Xenon lights
Auto lights.
Auto wipers.
Genuine Audi optional detachable tow bar with electric (never used in my ownership) folds away discretely so you never know it has one.
Twin exhaust design.
Front fog lights.
Come home lights (lights stay on for a minute at dark so you can see etc).
Silver/grey in colour.
Wing mirror indicators.

Interior:
Full half leather sline seats.
Sline steering wheel with steering controls.
Climate control.
Air conditioning.
Bluetooth handsfree.
Bluetooth music streaming (tune2air).
Full multi media interference (3G high) controls for all car data and info on screen.
Satellite navigation 5 digit postcode.
DVD player.
Heated front seats.
Auto dimming mirror.
Cruise control.
All 4 electric windows with full opening/closing option via the key.
Speed setting alert
Voice activated controls.
Ami socket in glove box for iPod plug in (I have fitted a tune2air Bluetooth streamer in here as wanted Bluetooth music streaming via my phone instead of plugging it in all the time).
40GB Hdd storage and 2 sd slots for all your media, put sd card in and store all music in the hdd which allows 10GB or just play via sd card, your choice.
Great sound system, I believe it's the basic Audi concert one but sounds pretty good all round.(only downfall it didn't have the b&o system).
All trip computer on dash and displays everything as well as on media screen.

There is a fair amount of extra features you can unlock from the hidden menu like, video in motion, corner lighting (fogs), start up sweep etc and many more. It needs a vcds software to unlock more features of your choice (check on the Audi forums), there are plenty of companies that do this, I hadn't got round to doing them tbh, it has enough for me.

Drivetrain/safety/features:
Stronic/dsg 7 speed gearbox with sport mode and paddle shift on steering wheel.
Full Quattro Torsen t3 diff control 60/40 split just like the rs 4/6 models (not the inferior haldex systems found on s3 etc).
Auto brake hold assist when on a hill etc.
Electronic push buttton handbrake.
Traction control on/off 2 stage setting.
Air bags including curtain airbags.
Abs.
Isofix including front passenger seat.
Speed assisted power steering.
Reverse parking sensors.
Child door/window locks.
Spare wheel inc full tools in boot all present.


So many features to list I'm sure ill of missed some.
this is fully loaded with all the gadgets needed, it took me 3 months to find the perfect spec all in 1 package with this car as you don't get many turbo petrol version with Quattro and sline styling with all the media gadgets in 1 car, hence rare to find.
It has full Audi dealer history, last serviced at 94k miles.
I'm the 2nd owner.
I haven't spent anything on this car apart from usual service items like tyres, disc and pads etc. I bought 2 genuine front wheel bearings as 1 of them started to hum so I just replaced the pair as I'm too fussy.
It's had the stronic/dsg service which is advised at every 80k miles so a total reliable motor.
Car is all hpi clear, never been in a crash etc, I had a full hpi done prior to my ownership which I still have somewhere but I advise you to do one for your own peace of mind.
The engine number has been changed as I had to call the dvla to update new engine number due to having the brand new engine fitted by Audi.

All paperwork and books inc v5 and 2 keys inc a blank key present.
Plenty of MOT expires December 2017 with no advisories on last mot, although it's taxed also, this is not transferable to new owners anymore.

Thanks Alan, it's a rare car with the spec, can't find a identical one in the uk, especially with a new engine fitted due to the oil consumption issue that's common across the b8 range so was hard to price.
The dynamik is pushing £14-15k+

Also just for info, it's £220 pa road tax and 6.5 seconds 0-60 and combined mpg is 37 in stock form (book figures) just for reference for potential buyers.
