Not really had rocket ship.Quickest been Skoda Octavia VRS which was actually great fun! Think it was last time felt could overtake anyone.Wife's diesel Fabia VRS was good fun too, torque wise.Mx5 fun but so slow
Current BMW 318d so sloooooooow.I will get an Elise
I actually believe I had more fun in my very lightly modded UK 2000 than I ever have in my 480(ish) Type RA. Just goes to show you don't need to have silly power to enjoy yourself.

Eg6 sir 2 b16a1 t3 turbo converted spoon internals, spoon LSD, spoon n1 system/stainless mani, apexi vetech controlled stripped out civic was awesome 10k revs bad *** car love it
My WR1 is easily the fastest car I've owned, but the most fun I've had was my Peugeot 309 Sri. I was 19 and drove everywhere like a complete d1ckhead. If I drove like that now I'd be in a box or in prison!

Haha, I have been there as well. Treated every journey (or excuse to make a journey!) As a rally stage.
Quickest car I've had was the Subaru. A Terzo running around 280bhp. Nothing amazing but I loved it.

I loved the look of the 309 gti and apparently thay were the best handling 2wd car of their time. My mate had 1 and it felt very fast although i was 15 at the time.

309gti with mi 16 lump on throttle bodies...........
A Bordeaux Red, EDS Phase 3 tuned, C20LET-engined MK2 Astra GTE 16v running circa 279bhp and 260lb/ft. Had a Quaiffe ATB Diff and 6 speed F28 gearbox. Remarkably solid for and old Russelheim dustbin and went like stink. Great in a straight line but useless pretty much elsewhere. Still had much fun in it.
Had many great cars over the years loved the mg metro and XR3i when I was a youngest but my latest toy is the second most fun car I've ever owned
Greenwagon is stil the best though That sits in my garage
after owning a lot of big bhp cars, eight skylines 500 bhp plus,200 sx,scoobys,M3's,AMG's (and what i currently own(360bhp,540lb/ft 335d and the scooby)i always say my old little fiesta zetec-s was best ,just a little go cart, could barely hit 110 mph but you could take almost any corner flat out...awesome machine
