No plans to chasnge to the V10, no. TBH it doesn't get used enough to warrant the change (cost) up.
The V10 looks the same (but wheels aren't as nice) and TBH it's quick enough for what I need it for.
Plus Mattey's right, the V10 doesn't handle as well.....

love the R8,
but the pics make the lines slighlty subdued for some reason
in the flesh they are very handsome looking cars
anyway, well done - cracking car
(prob not as exciting to drive as my diesel A4, but there you go)

Chap at work had a white V8 and just changed to a V10 spyder also in white. Looks the nuts. Does amaze me how low & small they look in the flesh.

The V10's also have 2 big exhausts rather than 4 little ones and bigger air intakes. I've noticed lovely examples can now be bought for less than £45k. Absolute bargains.

Those pea shooters need a clean as well. It amazes me how many owners of exotic cars don't clean the pipes. I did a mates M3 the other day and it made a huge difference even with it being a white car. On black it looks even better.

I keep my BMs fairly big pipes squeaky clean but then it's only a soot chucking hearse, not a supercar... I use Brasso...

The TT is a Golf/A3 chassis that rolls off a robot production line.
The R8 has it's own unique chassis and is hand built. OK, some robots are involved !!
Bit like saying a 911 is a VW Beatle with a better engine and brakes.

I think many here just want the loaded chavs choice; a GTR.
Sod that, 911 or R8 for me please. Compact, handle beautifully, subtle(ish), very rapid in all forms.
If the latest investment works, I'm having one. If it doesn't, I will get a model of one.

GTR always reminds me of a computer game. That's why I didn't buy one.
I'd spend more time explaining to someone why it'll pull 0.01g more round a corner than a 911 Turbo, that I think I'd even bore myself.
