Volvo 850 T5 Buyers guide
Going to look at one of these tomorrow, had a fleeting look at it today but it was late on.
What should I be looking out for on these?
its got 102k on her, what parts start to wear out around this age that are specific to this car?

Check the PCV system by warming the car up and then pulling the dipstick out.
This video shows a blocked system http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NuToaDHdCfQ
When you first open the throttle there can be a small puff of smoke; that's normal. However, if smoke is coming out at idle or under constant throttle then the system is probably blocked.

Check :-
Top Engine mount, always tear
ABS - Common fault, abs light on due to unit needing replacing, or re-soldered.
PCV -
Car's can hide high mileage, so be careful. I loved the T5 and looked around for one for a while. S70R is the one to go for, although rare now.
