Its probably a little dear but not too much.
If it were me and I was buying a Zetec S I would go for the TDCi over the petrol every single time. Just as quick (if not quicker in reality), just as reliable, will do 450+ miles to a tank and only costs £30 a year to tax!
The only petrol MK6/6.5 Fester I'd buy would be the ST, but TBH you can get better for less!

ive always been a ford man myself lol had every old models what other marques would you suggest dont wanna pay hih tax bracket as with the st so i believe

keep away from the 1.4,loads i know get upto 80k and start burning loads of oil and heard they dont rebuild very well,not sure if they have fixed this on the later/later engines so bare the thought.
1.25 are great engines with plenty for everyday driving
