I sold mine when I went to the states for a few months and regretted it, leave it with me and I will look after it for you.....

Think you may be right fella's it took me ages to find it and ages to get it how i want it. I would rather saw my own **** off then let it go for £2000 so i've started clearing my Garage in preperation for "cabining her up" I had it on the GTI sites and didn't get a call i wouldn't mind but i know that it's worth £3000 all day long!!

I've got a MK2 16v in the garage too. Lovely car but I havent had it on the road for a year. She's only done 112k and is in damn good condition I'd consider selling it too but I'd like to keep it.

Bloke at work has a mint MkII 16v GTi with a grand total of about 14K on the clock!
