BMW E36 M3 Convertible help

My boss has one, and inadveretently left the ground in it, and as a result, the Roll Bars shot out from the rear seat area, and he doesnt know how to get them back down again
Any ideas ? as they are tearing into the Roof

Take it to a bmw main dealer- they can resest them- takes a few minutes.
