Does anyone on here know what tools are needed to remove the standard head unit from a 1998 Megane?

I have to go fit a new stereo for the outlaws tomorrow and at first glance it doesn't look like standard 'keys' will work.

Standard pin (u shape type) to remove them neebs, You will need a "mask" though to fit an after market radio.

It's French so just bang your fist on the top of the dashboard three times.

Retrieve your radio from the floor then replace all the other switches and bits of trim that fell off at the same time - job done!!

remember to send the old unit back to Renault because they will want to recycle and use the metal from the headunit to make body panels for the clio. HTH

i suspect after 12 years he's either managed to remove it or had the car crushed by now.
