In the mid/late 80's we did take a few Ferret Scout Cars around but this Land Rover is epic.

Probably not. Gunned down by the Luftwaffe in the beetle I'd imagine.

As a owner of a SIIA lightweight with Crossplys and a V8 conversion with drum brakes all-round, I'm impressed that he even made the entry into the bend!

Despite driving it like a loon I never managed to get it sideways in the dry (easy in the wet), let alone on two wheels LOL The LWB spec twin leading shoe front brakes would be the first thing to die on me; doing two 60-20mph hard braking in quick succession on the local bypass would render them useless for the next roundabout (both feet hard on the brake pedal!).
