Default What next?

I bought an early CLS500 a couple of years ago and owned it till May this year - great car with some good options ticked on it. Black with cream leather, AMG alloys. Not too bad on fuel returning 20mph'ish going local and late 20's early 30's on a run. Had to spend a few £'s on it but nothing serious. Sold it because I fancied a change.

I quite fancied a 645 Convertible black/cream leather.

After looking at loads and I mean loads of 6's I settled for a 645Ci Coupe. Black with black trim and limo tinted windows. I realised after a couple of weeks I didn't like it as much as I tried to. In fact I hated it even to just look at it. I sold that the beginning of October. I thought I'd found the ideal car. A 645 Convertible, black with cream leather with huge spec. Put a deposit down on it on the 16/10, collected it on the 24/10 then rejected/got refunded 31/10. There was a huge list of problems with it inc valve stem seals, misfire and roof closure problems

Looking for something else to replace that with up to £10k'ish but could go more. Something that's a nice place to sit it, sounds nice and has the majority of depreciating done already and I won't lose loads of money when I get bored of it.

Out of boredom and lack of imagination I have looked at ads for BM's E93 3.0, Audi A5 and S4 Cabs. Would love a CLS55 but the 2 I looked at last weekend just looked like money pits.

I only do a 4/5k miles a year if that. No idea what to get next.

A nice 171 SLK 55 would bring you a lot of fun but you may need to up the budget a bit to get a nice one.
They look great ,convertible and sound awesome.
If you only need 2 seats of course.

Whoops, should have mentioned we already have an R171. The 2 seats can be quite limiting at times for us as we sometimes need to put 2 large suitcases in the car and sometimes our beloved waggy tailed friend.
