Due to 'The Bridge' being refurbished this month (the monthly meets are getting out of hand! ) we will be holding our first club 'Fun Run'.

Don't panic.. leave your running shoes and Ron Hills at home as this fun run will require you to be strapped safely inside your motor for a trip to a pub in either the Dales or Moors ..

Option 1

Meet at 'The Bridge' @7pm then head South towards the LadyBower Pub. Enjoy some good food and ale with a jaunty drive along some quality roads taking in the views of Scoobs, Evo's, RS's, Audis & Ferraris doing what they do best...

Option 2

Meet North-West side of Leeds (tbd) @7pm for a similar drive North into the moors (Ilkley, Skipton etc..). Dave will have a route and stopover in mind right now, ready for publication...

The route may be based on the Sticky / Dazza DVD as seen in Chris's bedroom.. (not THAT one.. the driving one. The one with the Rabbits etc..)

Both runs are planned to have a pub meal stopover..

Everyone welcome. To make people more comfortable, we can plan to have a grouped run or specific meeting points for those wishing to drive at a slower pace..

I'm a definite for that one. Even our lass went on the first one which is almost unpresidented (sp?). That was the 'Stickers run' for me as t'was the first time I'd properly considered having them on.
For the 29th I'll be there poss with passenger(s), preferably any route without corners.............well maybe just without THAT corner , unless you can guarantee a lack of pesky tailgateing focuses (Or is it Foci or just fcuki?) in which case corners might be managed at low speed.
You never know, I might even part with a tenner for subs as well this time.......slinks away all embarassed like.

I'm fine for organising the convoy, but I am away for 2 weeks in early September, so I might miss it Also, we have our Rallydrive day on the 18th which is now open to Scoobynet here . Please let me know if any of the details are incorrect.
