Anyone seen that some weirdo is going round at night dressed as a clown with balloons??? Wtf is going on in the world!!!!

No, I'm a bit further south Notts than that but work in Bridgford regularly.

Don't know, but there was a 'clown' in N.Ireland for a while about two months ago.
Same thing, all dressed up, complete with balloons.
