Just a thought, but is a thread which is essentially 'name someone still living who you vaguely think is a paedophile, but for which you have no real evidence' on a public forum, not likely to leave the site open to legal action?

I fully appreciate that, but given the subject matter, how would any of us feel if we were named in this thread?

Sure the 300 odd that say Savile abused them have no evidence but its still all over the news. Sure the guy is dead but its the same principle. Its not like we set up a hate campain.Im sure there is a hundred comedians doing the same thing as we speak (making jokes i mean)

Short memory, guys? He's already been done for kiddie fiddling but case was dropped.
The temptation amongst all those so called DJ's and pop stars back in the '60/'70/'80's must have been enormous.
Of course it was wrong, but with all those 'teenie bopper groupies' more than willing to do what was required to be envied by their friends, with hand in heart, would you have resisted?
And now they're coming out of the woodwork to jump on the bandwagon!

Cant help thinking ,when these names do come out the BBC is gonna go into meltdown,a dozen arrests on the cards..all household names...God help the fallout......apparantly at least a few celebs have contacted Max Clifford seeking help because of their "lifestyles" during the 60s and 70s.. I think this is still the tip of the iceburg.
