HELP! Phone number for ADAC?
Hope someone can help?
Taking the scoob abroad, and want to take out Euro Breakdown cover, I want to go with the German company, ADAC, because they cover the person and seem a good price...however...I'm having trouble phoning them from the UK, has anyone got a phone number that works!!?
Cheers all.

Had a good look around their website, and the number they advertise for callers from UK seems to be the German equivalent of an 0845 number here:
0 180 5 10 11 12
(I'm guessing you have to put 00 49 in front of that)
This website here lists a number that looks more like a standard national German number, which might work out cheaper when calling from UK:
0049 89 222222
They've got quite a lot of other info on becoming a foreign member, which could be useful:

Cheers for reply,
Have tried the 10 11 12 number with and without 00 49 but no joy! The other number is always engaged?
The blogspot thing seems very helpful, but again, only one of the e mail addresses has sent, so fingers crossed.
Will keep trying, any more info appreciated.

This was the number i called when i needed to renew. Just let it ring then ask if they speak english. If they don't, they will pass you over to someone that does.
