Britain's youngest mother insists getting pregnant at 12 after a one night stand was 'the smartest thing I ever did' - because she's now a size 6 and can go clubbing with her friends

Love the way you lot let the Daily Mail push your buttons.

Ignore it, it's media sensationalised sh1te and if the Leveson Enquiry actually had some teeth these so called newspapers would all be closed down by now!

"Amy, who is on benefits and lives in a council house"

No suprise there then!

"A woman who became Britain's youngest mother after a one night stand at the age of 12 says she had no regrets about becoming a teen mum...........

....... Of course I wish it had never happened but it's too late now"

sounds like regret to me!

"I'm not that bothered"

Where have i heard that before??????

Scroungey chav scum! ...... glad she gets enough government handouts from my hard earned taxes to afford to go clubbing though .... the systems obviously working brilliantly!

f1 fan .... know what your saying, with newspaper stories you have to take everything with a massive pinch of salt, but how can you possibly put a spin on this?

Its just wrong!

It's been in a few papers and afaik the facts are accurate. Probably some spin on it for sensationalism as above but a sad state off affairs.

And she is a proper mong, size six or not!!!

They would not have the guts to do it!

The whole business including her attitude is a tragic story really. Modern moral degradation is doing nothing any good for this country or the people.

This is Britain 2012

Its ok not to be responsible for your own actions. Let the council provide you with a home, let the government take care of the bills and living expenses as well as funding your cannabis habit, along with the extra tutition because she didn't bother with school. And just dump the kids with their grandmother as and when it suits (as if the grandmother is a upstanding citizen either) so she can go out on the lash.

Anything more to add? Other than when did size 6s come in a size 10?

My thought's entirely if you cannot support yourself how the **** could you be expected to look after a child as well!

Why do we allow these pregnancies to happen?

It's everyone's right to have a child but don't expect me or the state to pay for it!

I really feel the government should step in and stop this.

Do you work?

Do you have you own accommodation?

If you cannot achieve these 2 basics in life then why the hell should the taxpayer pay for their ignorance!!

I've had the snip because I'm educated enough to know I cannot afford to give any more than 2 children the lifestyle I feel adequate yet drive to work past estates of feckwhitts who get paid to create chav scum!!

Good old England!!

For the first time in history the species is experiencing devolution!

Dullards see becoming a baby factory as a career choice, and pump out more little tw@s to get theyre compo and free housing.

where as the more intelligent and successful people generally have less children and think more carefully about those they do have ( ^ as adam has shown a good example of ).

20 years time when all these little ****** get dragged up by theyre f*ck wit donut parents, this countrys going to be in a pretty sorry state!

Good old England!!

Its a point:

When a woman/couple who are mentally handicapped or suffer severe learning difficulties who want children, social services intervene. Also there have been cases where Down's sufferers who have undergone hysterectomies to prevent them having children.

Surely if this is the case thatpeople who are deemed to have a mental age of a child are automatically assumed not to be capeable of bringing up a baby and have to be vetted to prove otherwise, then why does it appear to be the reverse when its a child/teenager that falls pregnent who technically has the same mental age?

I don't suppose anyone has seen that Long Lost Family program? If you can get past the annoyance of Davina McCall, its a pretty heart wrenching program. But in a number cases the child was put for adoption becuase the mother a)was a child herself, b) was out of wedlock with the child's father being errant, therefore brought shame on the family c) there were no financial menas to care for the baby (likely due to mother being disowned, see b) again ).

I think in most cases the birth mother regretted it (her own fault IMO), but I also think that in most of those cases the adopted child in all likliness has a good upbringing and no doubt a much better upbringing with the adopted parents; Two parents, an income via work, and a family that stuck round and protected each other, not a fragmented one.

It seems today it doesn't matter if there is no family entity to bring up a child, as the government will step in and throw money at it instead. On a political level, its almost completely accepted in ths day and age that a woman (or a girl) can bring up a child on her own with government/council support. Its this government support that I feel has caused mass fragmentation of what should be a family entity, contributing to a further a decay of social structure and order.

Taking your statement to its logical conclusion, if you had an infant baby that you found you could not support financially, would you be prepared to knock it on the head and dispose of it?

What you suggest comes to the same thing when you think about it!

Not true Les!

Theres a difference between-

-having a kid when the goings good, then needing help because you become a victim of circumstance and your situation changes to mean you cant properly support it.

-having a kid when your already in a position of not being able to support it, knowing full well the state will foot the bill!

Problem is, the infrastructure is there and in my opinion vital and justifyed for people of the former, then abused massively by people in the latter! like this chav scum baby factory.

If it comes to the point that it financially destitutes the country? We turned a blind eye to China doing it.

I don't think anyone is implying it is right, but moreso a potential necessary evil.

Afterall we were a country who was quite happy to intentionally bomb and kill civillians for the sakes of global warfare. So maybe the UK has lost its ruthlessness?

Rubbish. Lock him up as a paedo.

Same with anyone else in this situation. The problem is there are no consequences for doing it, only benefits from being handed out cash.

If the law was actually enforced I bet the level would drop over night, or at least sales of johnnys would rocket.

I think the fact is Les that you wouldn't let this happen if you could not support it, it's that simple. Stop the problem before it starts.
