This was on the Radio this morning. They interviewed some bint from Brake and I thought she was going to explode! Think of the children!!!

depends on the reason behind the 'not banning', i bet theres more to it than that and its its just the usual press grabbing headlines without context.

He's kept going back to court to plead that it would cause 'unneccessary hardship'.

there isn't any comment about why he wasn't banned (unless theres more info out there about this than that origional article), that is just a copy and paste from the wording in the law not a comment on the specific case.

also the same 'exceptional circumstance' can't be used more than once. so there's def more to it than that

As above its not easy to comment in detail directly about this but reading the article it seems that the courts won't tell us anymore.

I'd certainly want to know more about how, if true it has been allowed.
