Default New Halifax Online Layout

Any bank with Halifax?

Is it me, or in the Credit Card section, doesn't it show the Due Payment date anywhere, any more?

Do you have a current account with them? I haven't so my online options have been limited by a lot. Can't even pay them online anymore and they've reverted back to paper statements. Online banking is now only for people with a Halifax current account.

Halifax are seriously p*ssing me off with all this rubbish.
First was the £1 per day charge for being over drawn (very rarely go over and have savings) now they are telling me that they won't be keeping my old bills electronically anymore?

The best one was when I went to my local branch to pay in some cash. One of the workers was speaking to all of the customers waiting in the queue. She then got to me and said,

'Hello sir, we have recently changed to a 'clearing' bank. Can I ask why you are here today? If it is to pay money in, you will need to fill in this little form.'

All you have to fill in on the form is your account number, sort code, and amount that you want to pay in. Why the hell can't they do this behind the counter? Seems totally pointless to me and helps nobody.
So now, whenever I go in (as little as possible) I am welcomed by a huge queue of people scrabbling around trying to find the correct form and a pen. Yes, Halifax, this is real progression!

I feel a move to Santader coming on! £100 in your pocket for switching isn't it?

You have to look at the previous statement. It's on the upper rightwhen you look at that.

I hate the new layout. It's like the main Lloyds one now. Why have the security details in drop downs so I can't press keys to select the value and have to use the mouse. Why do I now have to re-enter my password when I want to complete a transfer, and why does pressing enter not take the default action. (Submit the form). Grrr basic usability..!!
