o2 Blackberry email help!
Guys, I set up an email address thru o2email.co.uk for my blackberry, it works great on the phone but when i try to log on from my laptop, it says that my password is wrong.(which it may be) but when I enter my PIN or email address for it to send my password to the phone it doesn't work.
I did recieve one email back from BIS, saying the password or username doesn't exist so i'm very very confused. Any other way I can get my password?

cheers mate, will give them a call in the morning! I'm sending out CV's at the moment and having to use my personal email which i'm not keen on, as its a bit too eerr personal.

I think BIS5 changed the way they handle email; I've always been used to accessing the web email setup portal, which then sends the service book to the device associated with it. It's all changed now, and handled on the device.

I had to call to get them to allow me to log into the portal.... then all was well in the world

thoughts i'd try to get this sorted today but I couldn't be bothered speaking to another foreigner today, I taken the o2 live chat route at the moment. Speaking to a chap called Andrew but i can't shake the thought that i'm actually really speaking to Ahmed!
