Its sad, but as an off road cyclist I get confronted on a regular basis by aggressive dogs, some owners dont seem to give a s**t. It is the minority of dogs, most owners are considerate and I love dogs too.
I presume if you get an OS map you'll find lots of public footpaths which you can use to exercise your dog?
Its a small minded attitude I'm afraid.

I'm a dog owner and has never let any of my dogs get out of control on or off the lead. Its ok for the next door neighbours frigging cat to come in my garden and take a **** though.. FFS
So now i'm going to be limited where the dog can be unleashed if this goes through.
