Bacardi cocktails ?
Me and the missus are gonna get plastered tonight and she loves Bacardi and wants to make cocktails - any ideas for Bacardi based cocktails that are easy to make ??

A classic Cuban cocktail is the Mojito. Usually based on dark rum but white will do...
Rum, soda, freshly squeezed lime juice, demerera sugar and a sprig or two of fresh mint, with ice.
The exact quantities are a little hazy, but I'm sure you're not averse to experimenting!

I can recommend a book called "Fantastic cocktails and mixed drinks", published by Family Circle, we got ours from Safeway and it's virtually worn out

Lists all the major drink types, (rum, gin whisky brandy etc), then the major mixers, (Malibu, Midori etc) with halfa dozen or more suggestions for each.
