Not at all. The people asked to express their opinion stated collectively that they wanted to scrap the zone. That's what democracy is.

Boris strikes again. Unlike the original consultation which was completely ignored. Which is what I would expect to happen in Manchester too.

Did they ?? I must confess I have no idea who the funders of the campaigns were, but thought Porsche had paid for the consultation and protest about the rise to £25.
Its actually refreshing to know that he was the extension as wrong, due to the impact it had (not being as positive for the traffic as first sold) and it being against the outcome of the consultation.
Not sure if Boris can keep up this trend of keeping his word, but I sure hope so
