I often have to fill in F10 forms and get frustrated with the online version as you cannot save it. So if I ever need to do an update, I have to retype the lot.

If anyone has one in word format I'd be grateful if you could email it to me.

I had no idea what an F10 form is - so googled it and came up with this link. Not sure if it's going to be any use but possibly worth a try, assuming it's the one your after.
