Adverts MK2
Hi
I know the last thread on this didn't go down too well but I have to post something about these bloody adverts!
I can handle them in the banner and at the top and bottom - no problem. I understand the economics of these things. I cant stand having them down the side though. The forum now takes up half the screen which looks absolutely rubbish. To make it enjoyable to come here you need to be utilise the full width of the screen to read the posts.
Yes - I could upgrade but I think it is short sighted, new people will arrive take one look and go 'cos it looks horrible.
Pistonheads was used as an example, I dont go on there much but I dont recall having the side of the screen inflicted with these things.
Can you not double them up at the bottom or something???
Rant over.
Cheers
Dave

I feel so left out as I can not see any ads down the side and I do not use any ad filtering software as far as I now!!!
Can someone post a screen shot of these offending adds that nobody else can see???
