Selling Concert Ticket on eBay...
I thought it was illegal to sell tickets for more than face value as this constitutes "touting" 
Just had a look on eBay and seen all the over inflated prices for U2 tickets for example, and wondered if there was a loophole on eBay ?
I've noticed there isn't an official eBay "area" to sell tickets so presume it is dodgy selling them on there

AFAIK, it's not against eBay rules but it does contravene the promoter's Ts & Cs (take a look at the back of the ticket - not transferable etc)
I'd say your chances of getting rumbled are zero and wouldn't worry about it. I flogged a Snow Patrol ticket on eBay last year without any problems.
