What can i do with it?
If i drink a straight shot i think i may go blind and die.
What can i cut it with/ put it in? and how much?
how drunk will i get?

I know absinthe is pretty strong, but I don't think absinthe goes up to 95% alcohol by volume, so I'd doubt this italian concotion would be 95% abv.
A 95% abv drink would be pretty rank....

you can cut it with lots of ice, some sugar and light it but blow it out straight away, this is a way to drink stronger brands of absinthe, alot of help that done me after i drank it lol

That implies 95% by volume, which means it's insanely strong. It won't make you go blind (that's methanol) but it might well kill you. Assume it's just over twice as strong as vodka and like accordingly - i.e. twice as much mixer as normal. And I seriously suggest you avoid drinking it neat.

i don't think it is possible to produce a drink of 95% ABV by distillation. afaicr the upper limit achievable for distilled drinks is around 60%. even surgical spirit isn't 100% alcohol.

I have some absinthe from Prague downstairs - thats 70% vol and its murder to drink 
Had 10 shots in 1 night in Prague on my stag do, needless to say i dont remember getting back to the hotel

Thats insane.
Use it to clean your alloys, or have a two litre bottle of coke for every single measure
I 'lost' a night on a night of proper absinthe before (not the lower strength stuff), and that was even after lighting it and mixing with sugar like you are supposed to with such insane drinks

Surely as its about 2-3 times the strength of JD. And most people can handle double JD and cokes. Mixing it in the same preportions as a single JD and coke will mean its only like drinking a double/trible JD and coke.

Yes, it really is a myth about strong alcohol based drinks causing "wierd effects and/or death".
In reality, absinthe has a wierd effect because of what is in it other than the alcohol....
The only reason a strong alcohol based drink is deemed to be "wierd" or "different" is because you're more likely to drink more of the stuff - ie, a 60% abv cask strength whisky....easy to have a few nips and feel wierd.
However, just because it is 60% abv doesn't mean it will kill you....

I was in the duty free at LA airport a while back and found 150% proof Bacardi. Pink label.
Had to have it to add to my Bacardi collection, on the bottle I'm sure it says 74% volume. I'll check tonight.
It tastes **** BTW
