Probably (shi)t mobile. Mine is 07985 so that's a guess.

The reason I asked here was because I've met this bird and wanted to know how much it would cost (I have free calls to t-mobile). Didn't want to ask her as she'll think I'm a cheap ****.

Hello

You can't use that table above to compare anymore. Since number porting became normal a few years ago, the prefix has little to do with the operator.

Anyway, just say something like "Wow, your phone has good reception. What network are you on?"

If its an orange phone, when you call it will give one long ring then as normal. If it is normal from the start it could be any network.
