Default Fluorescents
Workshop tube whistling , this is New Philips tube .
They've always buzzed but havnt been aware whistling before

Is this completely normal ?

Not heard one do that. Not whistling on a descending note is it? you know, like a falling bomb? LOL

Swopped for older tube and theres nothing . Likewise new tube in different fitting
