Default Game of Thrones

Love it? Hate it? Not seen it at all?

Wife and I have a boxed set and are just re-watching it, one episode per night.

Daenerys does it for me, LOL

A couple of dragons would be handy if a mugging was imminent

Didn't she use a body double for the more interesting parts

Hi alcazar, hope you're well mate. Some friends of ours love it and loaned us the first series to watch. We enjoyed it so much that we watched the whole first series in just a couple of days. They are staying at ours this weekend and are bringing the rest up to series 6, can't wait to watch them all.

Really like GoT but some of it does drag.

As nice as Daenerys is to look at, her story can be a bit tedious.

Tyrion is by far the best character.

I've really liked it -- plus 1 on Tyrion being the best character..

LOL, the usual liberals are on in force with their serial sniping.

Keep it up ladies, you become more transparent every week.

AFAIK, Emilia Clarke used no body doubles, Lena Headey did as she was heavily pregnant at one point which would have been wrong for the storyline, and too old for the second nude scene.

I agree with Tyrion as a good character, but also like Arya, although I didn't at first.

I get bored with boxsets but must say I love this after the missis got me into it, was hooked right from the start then Ed Sheeran ruined the whole thing for me.

It was much better in the early couple of series.
Once they started winning emmy's, they cut down on the nudity.
Its not quite as "interesting" now, but I'll still watch it.

Luv game of thrones. Had a slow series in the middle, season 6 I think, but it’s picked up a lot last couple of series.

i luv the walking dead also but it’s dragging on and on now. Something needs to happen the second half of the current series, but I still enjoy watching it.

Love it. Was getting a little dull but the last season was outstanding.

The Walking dead is just getting stretched out and imo Fear the Walking Dead is now better

I agree about TWD and FTWD, but ultimately, FTWD has to go the same route. TWD was good for a number of seasons, but in the end, how many villains can you meet and take down?

GOT just gets better and better. I had reservations about spin offs, but after the triumph that was Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, it may be the way to go.

Aye, there's loads of back story and parts of that world which have not been touched, it's a virtually endless seam of storylines.

Of course, it needs to maintain the quality, but in the right hands, I don't see why not?

Already read one story of a squire who wants to become a knight.
It was illustarted and the squire bore a remarkable resembalnce to one Wayne Rooney.....

Thought it wasn't my kind of thing, missus wanted to try it and we loved it.

Like the fact it kind of plays out historically but isnt real, its very immersive and believable.

reminds me of the feeling I used to get from old computer adventure games, complete escapism. Nicely acted with great characters, epic battles, amazing costumes, fantastic sets.

Its funny, my fantasy loving mate hasnt even watched it, it is so him yet hasnt, so not me and I love it.
