Nothing new. Spain have had high concentration of Roma for far longer than we have. So often you'd walk round a Spanish city to be accosted by a old impoverished hag with an angelic looking young child she borrowed to go out begging or selling "services" with.
Seems to have died down in latter years...maybe they moved to the UK?
Still considered a oppressed race hated by many. I daren't question why.

So now they advertise the fact this is going on. Glasgow will no doubt now get a little busier.
But how many of these kids go through with it? Maybe it's a ploy to get the men somewhere quiet, so they can be robbed by a few Roma blokes?

I know the area well Govanhill has sadly become a sh*thole. But the real problem isn't the Romany population. Its certain elements of another section of the population that, sadly, I can't even mention, for fear of beig branded "racist" on here.

Now, that criminality exists accross all fo society. But in Govanhill, yes, its more prevelant in the Pakistani community.
Thats not racism. Thats a fact. As you would know if you had the slightest understanding of the area in question.

This is the exact reason why the West of Scotland has such a divide.
