Default Trim clips needed...not Scooby

Could do with some of the above. The top one is like a zip-tie that has a fitting about 10mm diameter to push it over a spigot, or bolt. It's then used to hold wires in place.
the bottom two are top and bottom of a brown trim clip, it seems to be internally ribbed, the head is about 30mm across, the shank about 10mm o/d.

If it helps, they are off a Renault Clio 197 sport, but ebay comes up with nowt, and Renault dealers have zero idea....

TIA

Have looked for the zip ties before and found nothing. they seem to come as an integral part of the looms they come on and not sold separately. (slightly taller post than you show, for pushing on the exposed studs of rear light fittings)
The closest I've found are these

The other is usually used for keeping insulation or carpet in place on studs.
A possible contender for you (although dimensions slightly smaller)

Subaru do a similar one usually in grey 94099AA270oe

These are near as dammit the same as the cable tie, though I doubt you’ll find them at a sensible price/quantity unfortunately. That being said it maybe worth ringing round a few dealers as I’d imagine somebody must sell them in small bags (Toyota/Subaru certainly use them on the GT86/BRZ).
