Anti facist, anti hate demonstrators who are rallying for equality, free speech and democracy verbally abuse and threaten chap holding up a sign that says 'The right to openly discuss ideas must be defended.'
Modern britain. It doesn't appear to have been covered in the main stream media though, wonder why?.

I'm not outraged, it's par for the course.
The irony would lie in the surrounding of a peaceful protester and the aggression and hatred shown by the multiple people attempting to quash the opinion of said person. Much like what is shown in the video .

First you shout down. Then you label, and insult .
If that fails, you verbally, then physically attack.
At ALL COSTS, you MUST deny freedom of speech to your opponents...while banging on about all other freedoms.
Have a quick search on how many times left-supporting groups resorted to violence in the past couple of years, here, the US, France, Germany..the list goes on.
Yet Martin quickly labels the right as "knuckle dragging imbeciles".
There's none so blind...

Even holding a mirror up to them seems to have no effect.
Ive had quite a few debates, been called names, unhinged, insinuated I'm racist and anti 'muzzie'.
Usually it's just me up against 4 or 5 coming under quite an unpleasant attack.
Show them a video like this, peaceful protester in the corner with different but not controversial views with an aggressive, abusive mob surrounding him in numbers and they don't seem to be able to see the similarities.
I literally feel like this is the matrix, and 'some minds are too far gone to be unplugged'.

Absolutely, often turning a peaceful protest or demonstration into violence and disorder. They almost always cover their faces with masks, too - clear proof that they came to vandalise property and/or assault others. I wonder how many of them have a job!?

I called Britain First and similar reactionary groups knuckle draggers, which isn't exactly controversial.

You said I'd posted ONE extreme example, I then provided several examples more extreme. You provided no retaliation.
You seem to think fake news is non existent, even though the BBC have been outed today as having a pro remain bias. But fake news on the right exists in your mind, the express, daily mail, BF etc (which nobody with a brain would deny). Find me the video shown in the OP being reported in the main stream media, you won't be able to. Because it's filtered, this does not fit the ideology they want you to believe exists.
Now the extreme left doesn't exist. There really isn't any point in debating with someone who quite clearly is shown video evidence of what they claim to be untrue and hasn't the ***** to even reply to it.
