Nissan GT R Best Driving Day Experience
So my dads coming up to 65 in April. And he's always wanted ago round a track In a GT R ever since they came out!
Has anyone experienced this up North Way, Derby, or York etc?
Don't really want to travel hours n hours with a car full. 4 adults 1 child.
I did a car day with Everyman 10 years ago down in Leicester. It was good just didn't get a lot of track time. And that's what I'm worried about.
Checked on google and there's loads, just not a lot of people's own thoughts. Hence you guys
He's also going paint balling, quad biking and indoor kart racing. Well.....only 65 once!
Cheers for the help

I done one for my birthday few years back at Silverstone.
Was a few 3 laps in 370z
4 laps in a GTR
1 hot lap passanger ride in a 370 ( going super fast around the track with the racing driver)
Was a lovely experience and nice day out with the family. Something different for a change.
Go for it.

Go for the atom and another car!. I was in the atom first and then drove a Ferrari 458 after. The atom pissed all over the Ferrari, it was so much fun driving one of them.

Yeh you don't get a lot of track time. Did one last year, didn't choose the GTR though as thought it would be a bit boring as it's such a capable car, but most of the instructors said the GTR is probably their favourite.
Picked the db9 instead, as thought I probably won't drive one again in a hurry. Totally underwhelmed by it.
Got a year old Vanquish sat on my drive at the moment, a friend of the wife has let us borrow it for the weekend, so the db9 turned out to be a wasted choice! (Vanquish is fvcking lovely though, a million times better than the db9)

My wife's friends husband has a GTR in blue. Had it mapped last year with a Y pipe too. Says it around 600bhp with other mods he's got. I was going to ask him, but it's not the same as going on track....popping round the block!
Sounds ace having the Vanquish on the drive. Bet the neighbours are talking ha.
Thanks for all the replys you lot
