You do realise that all these issues may arise once we leave, not before? Just you seem to have struggled with this all along.

"May" arise?

LOL, every time.
They may not, too.

The world might end tomorrow......you remainers probably believe it if some think tank says so

But why is it bad to be optimistic?

TBH, we've seen the bad, let's see if Brexit is better.

There's a difference optimism and blindly ignoring all the potential issues as "scaremongering".

So is there also a difference between pessimism and blindly believing all the scaremongering?

Only a outer would blindly believe the negociations were purely a matter of brinkmanship - and that ultimately all our demands will be met !

Only a remainer would blindly believe that the talks won't have any brinkmanship.

Ever sold owt? Or bought owt and haggled? We put OUR demands, they put theirs, we meet somewhere in the middle...or we walk away.

Its rather different here though isn't it , were intimately tied up with the buyer - we cant actually simply walk away if we don't like it

Really?
Of course we can...and when it becomes obvious we will, the buyer will run after us with another offer.
You read it her first.

PS: was Juncker drunk yesterday? His speech was improbable to say the least. He seems to think it's some sort of game...

Misguided as in your analogy you go to another buyer. We don't have another buyer.

Sure we can trade with the rest of the world (although we do now, a fact that seems to have escaped the Wrexiteers), but roughly half is with the EU, so 'walking away' as you put it is simply not an option.

Still pushing that naivety, I'm sure it will serve you well

AGAIN with the insults.
Do you REALLY have nothing else to offer? Seriously, dude, if I couldn't argue my point
without constantly insulting folk, I'd give it up.

To answer you: "walking away".....you REALLY think that the other countries, who sell us more than we sell them, will ACTUALLY let us "walk away"??????

And what happened to WTO rules?

And as for "another buyer", let's wait for the politicians and people like Juncker, out to make a name for himself, to finish their posturing. THEN see what happens when industry starts to put pressure on..... for it's NOT the politicians who call the tune, whatever they may think.

The remainers seem to think that no deal means no trade with the EU. It doesn't we will just trade under a different set of rules.

So you think that 16% of trade vs 46% of trade is a win for us? We screw nearly half our trade, they screw less than a fifth. Wow, you must be an economics professor......

Well, in your ill thought out analogy, we walk away. However, back in the real word we cannot, so we get WTO rules, which is considerably worse than what we have now.

You do understand that, don't you?

Who exactly is going to put pressure on? We are not going to stop buying goods from the EU, we still need cars, parts, food, TVs etc etc, they will simply be more expensive. The drop for the companies there will be negligible, just more pain for us.

Saying you are naive isn't an insult, it's simply stating a fact.

You'd have to find someone that blindly believes all the scaremongering first.

Where as you've religiously ignored/shouted down all the potential pitfalls of Brexit.

Would you wave the finger and shuffle off across the channel

And you've upheld them. Why?

I notice you once again don't refer to all the awful things that WOULD happen if we even voted to go, let alone triggered article 50?

I wonder why not?

Because anyone with half an ounce of common sense will understand that you're not going to see any meaningful change in the way the UK functions as an economy untill after we leave the EU.

Ah, but your "experts" forecast awful things immediately after an out vote...NOT when we actually leave. NO-ONE know what will ACTUALLY happen, not the Brexiteers and certainly not the remainers, who were show up stiff in how wrong they were.

And since this is just becoming I said, she said, I think it's time to put it to bed.

I just can't be bothered any more, tbh.

You said this a little over a week ago and yet you're still here banging on about how all the Remoaners are big nasty scare mongerers and how Brexit will make Britain great again. You'll be back.
